Modeled a high-precision ISO circuit breaker and its sheet metal enclosure. This project showcases the management of a complex assembly with over 50 unique parts, ensuring fit and function from the start.

Manufacturing-Ready 2D Drawings

Transformed the 3D assembly into a complete, production-ready drawing package. Critical tolerances were controlled with GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standards, delivering the clarity needed for flawless manufacturing.

Specialized Sheet Metal Design

Performed a linear static analysis on the switch mechanism to validate its durability under typical operating forces. This early-stage simulation confirmed the design’s robustness and identified key stress points.

Animation

Created a dynamic motion study to visualize the intricate internal mechanics of the circuit breaker. This animation clearly demonstrates the trip mechanism, making it a powerful tool for design reviews and stakeholder presentations.
